Dear Customer,
1) This is to inform you that your booking starts from the time you take the car and ends every 24 hours of the time you have taken the car.
2) Understanding the situation of the traffic we give one hour of grace period.
3) After the grace period, late fees will be charged on a per hour basis from the time you had taken the car (Additional Hours Charges will be 01 hour = 10% of the standard Rental of the car). After 3 hours of coming late an entire day charge will be taken.
The late charge fees are different for different cars so please ask if not mentioned earlier.
4) It is your responsibility to check the car thoroughly from all sides and identify the Papers, Dents, Scratches, Damages, Lights, Windows, Horn, Gears, Brakes, Seats, Air Condition, Indicator Lights, Clutch Pedal, Coolant, Oil etc. And clearly take the pictures and videos and send it to our number.
5) These pictures will be taken as a reference while taking the car back by the person who will receive the car.
6) We try to take care of our cars and warranty on the mechanical functioning of the car except for the tyres. It is your responsibility to check the tyres of the car before your journey.
7) We expect you to understand the car is a mechanical machine and hence prone to failures, So if there is any issue that you are facing during your travel then you must inform us, We will give you an approximate budget to repair the car, that amount you have to pay and get a bill on your return after thorough inspection of the repair that you did the bill will be reimbursed to you within 7 days, please note we don’t pay for any case of exploitation that you may face.
8) We are a service based in mumbai so in case you are taking our car outside, we will not be able to help you there .
9) For any tyres punctures, flat tyres or any damage caused due to tyre failure will be solely borne by you.
10) If there is any mechanical/physical damage caused by you while driving or parking or by someone else travelling with you or by someone you don’t know, the damage cost will be borne by you as the car was in your possession.
11) If a major damage has been caused then the amount to be paid will be decided by taking the insurance into account and will be decided between the operator and owner.
12) A stationary charge will be charged for the period (No.of days) the car was parked in the garage for repair
13) The place of return is the same as the place where handover is taken unless agreed by the operator either chargeable or free, that will also be decided by the operator.
14) Pickup and Drop of the cars is chargeable as per the location, based only on the availability of the drivers.
15) All parking tickets and fines collected during your usage will be borne by you.
16) Check the fuel level & Fastag Balance of the car before taking it and return it on the same level as given to you. If it is less then the initial we will charge you accordingly, if it is more then we will just say thank you so don’t keep extra as we don’t pay extra.
17) We are pleased to offer our service to our customers at the needed time, However our financial transactions of returning the deposit is during 11:00 am – 09:00 pm, For all customers that have their bookings during outside of this time frame we request them to await till we Re-Open the next day.
18) We give you the car in clean condition, we expect you to return the car in clean condition, if the car is dirty then we will charge car cleaning fees of ₹500/-.
19) You are responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
Your 50% deposit will be refunded within 24hrs after returning the car & another 50% security deposit will be withheld for a period of 7 days because the RTO challan App takes 7 days to update for any new fines, If there is any fine levied during your usage then that particular challan with its date of fine and place of fine and challan copy would be sent to you and fine amount will be deducted, If there is no fine on you your balance amount will be given back to you after 7days
20) Please note there is a maximum limit of 300km /day, So the total km limit is calculated is the total number of days
For eg.
i) 2 days – 600km limit.
3 days – 900 km limit.
21) FastTag card is affixed to the vehicle’s windscreen and isn’t included in our services. You have the flexibility to use it as you wish. However, please note that any amount spent on FastTag won’t be reimbursed, and we are not responsible for issues related to its use. If you encounter any problems with FastTag, kindly address them independently.
For Fast-Tag Recharge Please use Google pay or you may contact our Manager.
We are not responsible for any server down issue of Fast – Tag.
We are not liable to pay for any recharge done in Fast-Tag
22) Only accept the car after complete understanding of the above mentioned protocols.
23) Advance Payment for Booking is Non-Refundable.
24) Modification in your booking cannot be done more than once.
25) The company is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Check the vehicle thoroughly before returning it.
26) The company reserves the right to terminate the agreement if terms are violated. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
27) The company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
28) Please Pay the total rental amount of No.of booking days or No.of extended days before your trip starts to avoid the late payment Charges of ₹1000/day.
29)Dear Customer, Please be informed that any expenses incurred on the car without prior notification will not be eligible for reimbursement. It’s important to communicate and seek approval before undertaking any expenditures to ensure a smooth process.
By renting the vehicle, you agree to adhere to a maximum speed limit of 100 kilometers per hour. In the event of an unexpected accident occurring while the car is driven above this speed limit, the customer is solely responsible for covering all damage charges incurred and will continue to pay the rental amount until the vehicle is fully repaired. This provision is in place to ensure the safety of both the driver and the vehicle.
30) By renting a self-drive car, you agree to the terms outlined in the rental agreement, including vehicle usage, return conditions, and any additional charges.
31) Only drivers meeting the specified age and license requirements are allowed to operate the rental vehicle. All drivers must provide a valid driver’s license at the time of pickup.
32) Booking confirmation is subject to availability. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and cancellation policies, are outlined in the booking process.
33) “On a learner’s permit, we cannot rent you the car.”
34) “If fasttag Card is removed from the windshield then ₹500/- will be Charged”
The vehicle must not be used for sub-rental, co-rental, mortgaging, reselling, carrying illegal goods, or any kind of racing activity. If found doing so, strict action will be taken.
The vehicle must not be driven under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic substances, as it is dangerous to the driver, co-travelers, and others around. If found doing so, strict legal action will be taken.
A person without a government driving permit and anyone under the age of 20 cannot drive the car.
